FSP Group firmly believes that corporate growth is closely intertwined with societal well-being. Centered on the three pillars of Environmental Protection, Social Care, and Cultural Promotion, we integrate internal and external resources to address societal needs, fulfilling our responsibilities as a corporate citizen and advancing toward a sustainable ecosystem of inclusion and shared prosperity.

▶ Environmental Protection
FSP values the sustainability of natural resources and the enhancement of environmental awareness. Through activities such as mountain clean-ups and tree planting, we encourage employees and their families to engage with nature and take real action—making environmental protection not just a belief, but a daily practice.

▶ Social Care & Regional Revitalization
We actively support the government’s "Regional Revitalization 3.0" policy, aiming to foster sustainable development of local economies, cultures, and talents. Leveraging corporate resources and employee participation, we organize material donations, blood drives, outreach for the underprivileged, and volunteer initiatives to respond directly to social needs. We also contribute to various childcare and welfare institutions, providing support for children and the elderly.

▶ Cultural Promotion
We believe that culture connects people and places. Each quarter, in collaboration with “Yichidong Rebalance Health & Culture,” we invite employees to visit Alishan indigenous communities and take part in regional revitalization and cultural heritage efforts. In partnership with the AAEON Cultural & Educational Foundation, we have also established an art corridor at our Taoyuan site, featuring themed art exhibitions every season to support cultural development. Additionally, employees and their families are invited to enjoy Godot Theatre plays, enriching their cultural experiences.
In 2024, we invested NT$3.0255 million in cultural promotion, continuing to invigorate the local cultural landscape.
